The University of Louisville will exercise due diligence in hiring/screening employees, vendors, and affiliates.
REASON FOR POLICY
University employees, vendors, and appropriate affiliated individuals will be checked against appropriate governmental exclusion/debarment/suspension lists to ensure eligibility for hire and/or to participate in university programs.
The University Integrity and Compliance Office is responsible for oversight of the university's sanction check program.
